Terms and Conditions:

Confirming Event :

A $500 deposit is required to secure the date of event. Cash or credit card only.

Guest count confirmation:  

You must have your final headcount provided ONE week prior to event and will be charged this FINAL HEADCOUNT number. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Also, any final seating charts must be provided at this time.


Tax & 20% gratuity will be added to your FINAL bill.  A credit card processing fee is added if paying by credit card.  Your $500 deposit will be deducted from finall bill at time of payment.  The balance due to Rocco's of Roc Beach, after the deposit has been applied, must be paid at the end of the event by cash or credit card.  NO GIFT CARDS can be applied to parties.  

Excessive Debris:

Anything brought into the restaurant to set up for your party with outside vendors MUST be removed at end of party immediately. Nothing can be left behind at the restaurant to be picked up next day.  We are not responsible for any lost items or anything left behind once your party is gone.  There will be a maintenance fee of $100 for confetti or glitter left behind for clean-up.  No garbage can be left behind for us to remove.

Timeline of Parties: 

All parties are set 3- 3.5 hours and you must be out of room by 4 pm or additional fee of $250 will be added to your bill as we need to set up for dinner reservations. 

Cancellation Policy: 

In the event that you cancel your event at any time, the FULL deposit of $500 will serve as the cancellation fee.  Deposit is NON-TRANSFERRABLE to gift cards or restaurant dining credit.
